Brazil, 1960, the City of God. Tender Trio rob motels and gas trucks. Young kids watch and learn well ... too well. 1970: Lil Z? has prospered very well and owns the city. He causes violence and fear as wipes out rival gangs without mercy. His friend Ben better? was the only one to keep him on the good side of sanity. The missile was watching the increase in power two years, and he wanted to be a part of it. However, he continued to be caught up in the madness.
